<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the invasion of fresh air and permit the adjusting of the size and the like of the opening of a draining port easily in accordance with the draining flow rate and the like of the drain by a method wherein the draining port is provided with a drain port cover, covering the inflow side and the draining side of the drain so as to be communicatable freely. SOLUTION: Drain, dripped from a rear side indoor heat exchanger upon operating an indoor machine, is received by a rear side drain pan 12 and is collected. Then, the drain is discharged once into a narrow space 17 through a drain passage 16, formed of a drain port cover 15 fitted to a draining port 13 and bent so as to be orthogonal substantially to the drain port cover 15. Thereafter, the drain is collected to the side of a drain hose along the inclination of a drain collecting rib 14 and is discharged to outside through the drain hose. In this case, the draining port 13 is covered by the drain port cover 15 and the narrow space 17 is filled with the drain whereby the gap is closed. Accordingly, the invasion of fresh air into the indoor machine through the gap can be prevented.</p> |
