<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper vessel which has a sealing property and an excellent adaptability to environment, that is, in which the contents can be sealed tight and which, independent of whether disposed of by landfill or let alone as waste littered in nature after use, can be decomposed completely by the action of microorganisms in the environment without accumulating. SOLUTION: This paper vessel is composed of a bottom board and a trunk part 11 for each of which a laminated material based on paper and having at least on one side a plastic layer is in use. The vessel is so formed as to have the plastic layer on the inner side. A protective material 15 for plastic is provided at least at one of the peripheral top part of the trunk part 11, the overlapped part of the trunk part 11, the joint between the trunk part 11 and the bottom board 12. In this instance a biodegradable plastic is used for the plastic layer and its protective material.</p> |
