PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mold a concrete product having upright walls, which connect with each other at a predetermined angel, by a method wherein supporting stands, which support surface forming molds on a base bed and make them movable to their surface positions and to the bent positions at the predetermined angle, and positioning mechanisms, each of which positions the supporting stand to its bent position, the provided. SOLUTION: Supporting stands 21 support surface forming molds 40 slidably and movably provided on a base bed 20 between a flat surface position A, which position the surface forming molds continuously on a flat surface, and a bent position B, in which the surface forming molds are bent in a continuous line at a predetermined angle θ. Rollers 23 protrusively provided near the hinges of the supporting stands 21 are guided by the guide holes 24 of guide plates 25 so as to position the supporting stands 21 at the bent position B by means of supporting stand positioning mechanisms 30 pivotally provided at both the side ends of the base bed 20. Further, the side edge faces of upright walls, the rear surfaces of the upright walls and the inner surface of a bottom wall are formed by the surface forming molds 40, side edge face forming molds 50 and an inner mold 60. Accordingly, a laminar concrete product having upright walls connecting with each other at the predetermined angle can easily be molded. |
