PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical cell and manufacture thereof to be applied to electrochemical element (for example, Li secondary battery, electro- chromic element, or the like) utilizing oxidation-reduction reaction of an electrode. SOLUTION: In an electrochemical cell made of different two types of electrodes, after a solution being a polymer solid electrolyte material is impregnated in an electrode, electrodes 11 and 12 are arranged in opposite to each other in a electric cell 10, a solution 13 being the polymer solid electrolyte material is filled in a space of the opposite electrodes 11 and 12, the solution 13 being the polymer solid electrolyte material is then hardened by means of heating process to solidify an electrolyte portion, and complex of the opposite electrodes and the polymer solid electrolyte is ensured. |
