PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording material which is excellent in recording sensitivity and retention of a recorded image, and little in fogging on a ground. SOLUTION: In a thermal recording material wherein a thermal recording layer containing a leuco dye and a developing agent is provided on a base material, 3-di(n-butyl)amino-7-(o-chloroanilino)-fluoran or 3-(N-ethyl-p-toluidino)-6- methyl-7-anilinofluoran is used as the leuco dye, and 4,4'-bis-(p- trilsulfonylaminocarbonylamino)-diphenylmethane and 2,2-bis(p-hyeroxyphenyl) propane are jointly used as the developing agent. |
