PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an outdoor installation type cabinet which houses an electronic equipment in heat dissipating properties. SOLUTION: An electronic equipment is housed in the equipment housing section 3a of a cabinet 1. Capillaries 9a to 9d are made to serve as flow paths of outside air, and outside air is circulated through them by outer fans 6a and 6b. Heat exchangers 10a to 10e are made to carry out a heat exchange between outside air in the outside air flow paths 9a to 9d and inside air in the equipment housing section 3a and provided separate from walls 1a, 1b, and 1c. Circulating fans 12a and 12b serve to circulate inside air. Bimetals 14a and 14b serve to control the operation of the fans 6a, 6b, 12a, and 12b corresponding to the temperature of the side walls 1a and 1b. For instance, when temperature of the left side wall 1a is higher than that of the right side wall 1b under a prescribed temperature condition, that is, the quantity of solar radiation impinging on the left side wall 1a is larger than that impinging on the right side wall, only the circulating fan 12b is operated, so that the inside of the equipment housing section 3a is cooled down restraining solar radiation energy radiated from the side wall 1a of high temperature from flowing into the housing section 3a. |
