PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present manufacture of a magnetic roll whose magnetic film thickness is thin and the roll hardness is soft, and provided with an excellent magnetic force efficiency in uniform radial orientation with dispensing a large scale equipment for the orientation. SOLUTION: This method is the manufacture of the magnetic roll equipping a core bar 1, an elastic body layer 2 formed on a peripheral part of the core bar 1 and the magnetic layer formed on the periphery of the elastic body layer 2 in which the magnetic material is combined. Then, by composing the elastic body layer 2 on the periphery of the core bar 1, rotating the core bar 1 with a center axis at its shaft center, applying the coating liquid in which the magnetic materials are combined on a surface of the elastic body layer 2 by a paint roll 25, and actuating the magnetic field by the orientation magnet 35 on the surface of the elastic body layer 2 so as to let the magnetic material oriented. |
