PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electronic components from emitting noises so as not to give the effect of noises to other electronic components by a method wherein a magnetic body is joined to the electronic component which radiates noises. SOLUTION: A noise-limited electronic components 1 is composed of a ferrite core 2 as a magnetic body and an IC device 3, where the ferrite core 2 is bonded to the IC device 3 with an adhesive agent 4. Therefore, noises generated by the IC device 3 are absorbed by the ferrite core 2 so as not to be radiated. That is, the ferrite core 2 prevents noises generated by the electronic component from being radiated. For instance, when a cable or a conductor pattern or another electronic component susceptible to noises is placed above a noise- emitting electronic component, the electronic component or the cable or the electronic component is kept free from the effect of noises because a magnetic body which absorbs noises is present between the electronic component which emits noises.
