摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the skew between a plurality of signal lines with different phases without human intervention by calculating the skew between logic blocks connected to the signal lines and automatically adjusting the skew between clocks based on the calculated skew. SOLUTION: Logic block groups 6, 7, 10, and 15 are connected to the output terminal of a skew adjustment and distribution instructing block 11 through block distribution instructing blocks 2 and 12 and the delay time to each logic block group is calculated and the mean value d(n) of the delay values is found. Then the maximum value d(max) of the delay values is found and, when the value d(max) is the delay time to the block 12, a logic block 9 is inserted as the maximum delay value d(max) and a delay circuit 16 having a delay difference d(max)-d(n) is inserted into the block 2 having a smaller delay value than that of the block 12. Therefore, the clock skew to the logic blocks can be controlled without human intervention by reducing the delay difference between clock signal lines with different phases.</p>
