PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability by sustaining the ON interval for 10msec or longer at all times to any impact. SOLUTION: The impact detection switch is provided with a pendulum 1 supported by an elastic body 2 to be swung with an impact, a bistable mechanism such as a frame 5 meshed to be tilted from one stable point to the other stable point by the pendulum 1, and contacts 9, 10 arranged to be conducted under a state where the bistable mechanism is tilted to stable point. The stable state of the bistable mechanism is changed with an impact higher than a predetermined level through the pendulum 1 and the stable state is detected through conduction of the contacts 9, 10. At the same time, the conduction time is sustained through the play of mesh of the bistable mechanism. |
