PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain shortening of the life, by simulating a discharge characteristics curve after using an inputted battery voltage as a discharge start voltage, operating the time until the battery voltage reaches an allowable lowest voltage, and automatically removing a battery when a detected voltage of a voltage detector reaches an operated discharge end voltage. SOLUTION: Constants of a battery are inputted in a discharge characteristics recoarding equipment 4, and a discharge characteristics curve corresponding to the inputted constants is extracted. When an input power source of a charger 12 is lost, an operation signal of a power source loss detector 16 is inputted in an operation start command equipment 5, and the most approximate battery discharge characteristics curve is extracted from inputted data in a discharge characteristics comparing equipment 6. A discharge time operating equipment 7 simulates a future discharge characteristics curve by using an inputted battery voltage as a discharge start voltage, and operates the time until the battery voltage reaches the allowable lowest voltage. When a detected voltage by a voltage detector 13 reaches an operated discharge stop voltage, a switch 17 is removed by a battery circuit detaching command equipment 9. |
