METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IDENTIFYING WORKER AROUND MOVING OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue alarm to an operator by automatically detecting the approach of an external worker from the inside of a traveling mobile body by carrying an identification card for sending out an identification radio wave signal with the worker and receiving/managing the identification radio wave signal from the identification card. SOLUTION: Plate-shaped electrodes 5a and 5b, to which the potential difference of high AC voltages is impressed, are fitted to a mobile object 1 and each worker 11 holds an identification card 7 for sending out a radio wave signal 12 for identification for every worker 11 in response to electrolytic strength higher than a fixed level. The potential difference between the plate-shaped electrodes 5a and 5b is leveled so that an electric field 6 to be generated by the potential difference can become the electrolytic strength higher than the fixed level in a monitor zone 2 of the mobile object 1. Then, the worker 11 is identified by receiving the radio wave signal 12 for identification from the identification card 7 held by the worker 11 in the monitor zone 2. Thus, the method for identifying worker around the mobile object can be provided while comparatively extending a detectable distance and reducing the influence of noises.
