PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display organs as well as their peripheral blood vessels in three- dimensional display. SOLUTION: A scanner device 1 scans a patient K in various sliced positions and collects multiple sliced data. A two dimensional image creating section 2a creates two-dimensional image data of each sliced position, and displays the two dimensional image on a display device 3. A CT value range input section 2b receives a lower limit L of the CT value range inputted by an operator, and transmits it to a three-dimensional image creating section 2c. The three-dimensional image creating section 2c extracts pixel with CT value larger than the lower limit L from the two-dimensional image data of each sliced position, and creates a three dimensional image. A peripheral image creating section 2d performs a MIP processing for pixel out of the CT value range, and creates a peripheral image corresponding to the peripheral area of the three-dimensional image. An image synthesizing section 2e synthesizes the three- dimensional image and the peripheral image to create a synthesized image, and displays it on the display device 3. |
