<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain enough image density in which welding and pulverization hardly occur, whose stability of layer forming amount and the stability of environment are good without sacrificing thermal fixing ability, and to obtain an image which has a long life and good quality with good electrification and without white surface fogging. SOLUTION: This negatively chargeable non-magnetic one-component electrostatic developer is used in a developing method for forming a developer layer on the carrier in a process that a developer layer thickness control member is pressed to the developer carrier and the carrier relatively moves with respect to the control member so as to pass through a pressing part, so that the developer on the carrier is transferred to an electrostatic latent image holding member at an area opposed to the electrostatic latent image holding member. The developer includes a toner particle including binder resin and colorant, and a fluororesin particle.</p> |
