PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the batch plant control system which can easily analyze processes of manufacturing products by brands and control the quality of the products by the brands. SOLUTION: A data gathering means 23 gathers various time-series data present in a batch plant PLT during the execution of batch processing. A data storage means 25 saves various gathered timeseries data in the memory 24 together in batch units. Further, the memory 24 stores batch trend files provided by batches. The batch trend files are given identifiers. The data storage means 25 saves time-series data, gathered by the same batch, in the same batch trend file. |
