PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a miso-seasoning capable of adding preferable flavor and taste that have never felt by ordinary miso to various foods by adding its suitable amount to various foods or dipping various foods in it. SOLUTION: This miso-seasoning is prepared by mixing glutenous soybeans, MIRIN (a sweet sake used as seasoning), sake, sugar and squeezed juice of ginger, agitating the mixture by heating and evaporating alcohols and a predetermined amount of water. |
