PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erroneous transmission of a carrier wave to the contracted repeater of another user even when an operator erroneously recognizes the set value of parameters. SOLUTION: When a command input section 2 detects a carrier transmission request, the section 2 calculates the transmitting frequency by referring to recorded data in a set parameter defining section 11 which defines a directed satellite, the identification number of repeater on the directed satellite, and transmission system and a transmitting frequency comparing section 12 compares the calculated transmitting frequency with a set transmitting frequency value inputted from a monitoring signal input section 1. When the transmitting frequency is coincident with the set frequency value, a processing section 3 generates a control signal based on the carrier transmission request and transmits the signal to a control signal output section 4 and, when the frequency is not coincident with the set value, the section 3 does not generate the control signal, but instructs a display control section 13 to display that the execution of control is impossible. |
