PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress wiring delays while the propagation of noise is suppressed by connecting a Schmitt trigger circuit having a high noise margin to the terminal of a signal inputting means and another Schmitt trigger circuit to a signal receiving means. SOLUTION: A Schmitt trigger circuit 70 having a high noise margin is added to the terminal of a signal inputting means. Therefore, the noise inputted to an inverse Schmitt trigger circuit 50 which is apt to pick up noise can be reduced. In addition, since the circuit 70 is joined to the inputting terminal of the inputting means, wiring delays do not increase although the speed of response of the circuit 70 is slow. In addition, another Schmitt trigger circuit 60 connected to a signal receiving means eliminates the noise contained in the power supply voltages of the circuits 50 and 70 and the power line for driving wiring 40. When a semiconductor integrated circuit device is constituted in such a way, wiring delays can be suppressed while the propagation of noise is suppressed and, at the same time, the number of used transistors can be reduced. |
