PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize cost reduction by simply manufacturing a rotary and a stationary member, and to improve the quality and reliability of a bearing device by preventing a void on a surface corresponding to a bearing face in a rotary and a stationary member. SOLUTION: A rotary member 36 or a member 36a for composing the bearing face of a stationary member are composed of an aluminum drawn material having no void for preventing the invitation of various troubles caused by the void on a bearing face composed of the aluminum drawn material 36a, and another member 36b for composing the rotary member 36 or the stationary member is formed in one body with the aluminum drawn material 36a by aluminium diecast-forming. A shape near the final required shape can be simply manufactured, and at the same time, a finish machining can be minimized on accounf of a shape resemble to the final required shape. |
