摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve radiation characteristics and reliability by a method wherein an aluminum layer is formed on at least one surface of a thermal conductive sheet-form body and fins are arranged on the aluminum layer. SOLUTION: A heat sink 90 is formed such that Al sheets 20 and 30 with a thickness of 0.5mm are rolled and contact-bonded on both surfaces of a copper sheet 10 measured, for example, 100mm×100mm×2mm. Fins 40 made of Al are brazed on one Al sheet 20. One end of a heat pipe 50 is soldered to the other Al sheet 30 of the heat sink 90 and a heat generating part is soldered at the other end of a heat pipe 50. Namely, A heat generating part 60 is thermally connected to the heat sink 90 through the heat pipe 50. Thus, by arranging the fins on an aluminum layer formed on a thermal conductive sheet-form substance, thermal resistance between the thermal conductive sheet-form substance and the fins is low and excellent radiation characteristics are stably provided for a long period.
