PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function where an envelope opening state of an article of a specific electronic bulletin board system of a department (section) personnel is confirmed by a manager of an organization (department/section or the like) by displaying an electronic bulletin board system article envelope opening state list and a function where an article not opened in the electronic bulletin board system is sent automatically to a department (section) personnel whose electronic mail is not opened. SOLUTION: A display means 11 is used to designate an attribute of an article open state of an organization (department/section or the like) in an electronic bulletin board system article attribute/electronic mail transmission database 15 of a database server. Then number of personnel of the organization (department/section or the like) displayed on an electronic bulletin board system article envelope opening state list is selected among a personnel database 14. The attribute of the article open state of the organization (department/section or the like) of the designated electronic bulletin board system article attribute/electronic mail transmission database 15 and number of personnels of the organization (department/section or the like) displayed on the electronic bulletin board system article envelope opening state list are matched by using the personnel ID as a key. The result is displayed on the display means 11 as the electronic bulletin board system article envelope opening state list. Furthermore, the article which is not open is sent automatically by an electronic mail to the department (section) personnel whose mail is not open. |
