PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge and display a screen of a computer display on a television monitor by utilizing a video signal converter which can automatically display a part on the computer display on the television monitor. SOLUTION: Respective peripheral facilities access a computer-to-television converter 10 and performs a converting process under its command. A user commands by operating a mouse 40 or remote controller 50 or selects a screen area to make a display on a host computer 30 or computer display 35. Further, the electric signal of the computer screen is also converted into an electric signal through the computer-to-television converter 10 and then displayed on the monitor of a television video signal device 70. Any screen part in the computer display 35 can be enlarged and displayed automatically on the television monitor through the enlargement effect of the computer-to-television converter 10.
