PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus suitable for the evaporation of an object to be treated mixed with various substances. SOLUTION: A resin heat treatment apparatus is equipped with a feed passage demarcating member 3 demarcating a feed passage 3a of an object to be treated containing a resin component and a heating chamber demarcating member 2 surrounding the feed passage demarcating member 3 so as to generate a heating chamber 5 allowing a heating fluid to pass around the feed passage demarcating member 3. In this case, temp. distribution adjusting means 7, 8 changing the temp. distribution related to the feed direction of the feed passage 3a are provided.
