PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user to use an electronic mail without notifying a service provider by providing mails by a plurality of mail service providers as if to be a single service apparently. SOLUTION: A spool integration section 101 regards a plurality of mail spools 108 to be a single spool for the control. Furthermore, the content of a mail is converted in response to a terminal equipment used by the user with a terminal reply section 103 and a media conversion section 102 receiving communication from a user terminal equipment 110 and acquiring capability of the user terminal equipment 110 and the information is sent to the user in an optimum form. Furthermore, a mail emergency acquisition section 105 checking an emergency of a mail in the mail spools 108, a mail reception notice section 104 informing the arrival of the mail to the user depending on the emergency of the mail and a position information management section 107 retrieving and managing a location where the user is resident at present are used to select the communication system and to notice the incoming call based on the importance of the mail and the position information of the user.
