The preparing device 8 calculates the feature value of the picture of the registered object, etc. A similarity calculating device 9 calculates a similarity from this feature value and the feature value with respect to the picture of the registered object, etc. A detection judging device 11 compares this similarity and a desired similarity with each other to judge the existence of detection. In addition, an upper limit calculating device 10 calculates the upper limit of the similarity in the area of each nearby point in the noticing area from the already obtained similarity. |
