PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-treating system, capable of readily carrying out recovery of organisms or withered bodies of aquatic plants as a water treating system of a type carrying out purification by aquatic plant vegetated in shallow water area. SOLUTION: An anchor body 1 is buried in water bottom and an engaging receiving body 4 is provided in a state brought into contact with the soil of water bottom by mooring to the anchor bodies and a vegetating mat 5 is engaged with the engaging receiving body and the aquatic plant 6 is vegetated through the vegetating mat 5. |
