PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor and its method in which document input output history data are managed for each document and the document input output history data of the document are managed without relying on a document input output application. SOLUTION: Document data received from a facsimile equipment 3 or outputted to the facsimile equipment 3 are stored in a hard disk unit 1d via an RS232C interface 4 in a computer terminal equipment 1 and information relating to the operation in the case of input and output of the document data received from the facsimile equipment 3 or outputted to the facsimile equipment 3 via the RS232C interface 4 is linked with document data stored in the hard disk unit 1d. |
