PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign a data transfer line in a short time by selecting a data transfer line identifier at a head of an available queue at all times in the selection of a data transfer path for transferring a plurality of data simultaneously. SOLUTION: A data communication control program 11 receiving a data transfer request 18 by a list identifier is used to retrieve a data transfer path group list group 15 corresponding to the list identifier of the data transfer request 18 by the list identifier to select a data transfer path in use from a data transfer group 17 and to make a data transfer request 19 by a data transfer identifier corresponding to the selected data transfer path corresponding to a communication control section 13 and data are transferred to an opposite system 16. Thus, the operation of the data transfer path group list 15 corresponding to a plurality (two or over) of data transfer paths connected to the opposite system 16 is controlled dynamically and in the case of receiving a data transfer request, the data transfer path identifier at the head of the available queue is selected at all times.
