PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject chewing gum useful for alleviating symptoms of pollinosis, capable of improving synergistic effects between chewing action to increase the blood stream of tissue in the nasal cavity and to activate the tissue and the antiallergic actions of each component, by adding an extract of TENCHA (a rosaceous plant vegetating in China) and geraniol, etc. SOLUTION: This chewing gum comprises an extract of TENCHA and geraniol and/or citronellol. Preferably the chewing gum is preferably blended so as to take 8-120mg of the extract of hydrangea tea, 0.1-50mg of geraniol and 0.1-50mg of citronellol per piece of the gum. |
