PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the mismatching between a charge of concrete and a unit pattern and contrive to improve the quality of a product by a method wherein the charge or the like in a form on a rocking table is detected so as to realize the gradual change of the shifting from a unit pattern to a unit pattern with a controller, which controls in response to a system mode. SOLUTION: The rocking amplitude of a rocking table S, to which the rod 2 of a cylinder C is connected, is controlled by operating a solenoid ON-OFF selector valve SV and a solenoid pressure proportional control valve PV through the cylinder C with a controller CN. By inputting the signal sent from a stroke detector 3 in the controller CN, the rocking frequency of the table S is calculated. Further, by inputting the charge of ready-mixed concrete in a form from a charge detector 4 in the controller and connecting a system mode storage part 7 and a setting part 8 to the controller for storing a system mode in response to the kinds and shapes of forms, a control signal is outputted. As a result, neither mismatching between the charge of concrete and a unit pattern nor shock developed at the shifting between patterns occurs and consequently a favorable product quality can be realized. |
