PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform the operation that a user instructs a computer system at a remote place instead of the user by generating and transmitting an operation procedure of an opposite computer system. SOLUTION: If some problems arises while a user who is using a terminal machine 10 is using a system operating on the terminal machine 10, the user requests a remote operation terminal machine 12 to make an inquiry through an input device 102. After answer confirmation from the terminal machine 10 is exchanged in response to the inquiry from the remote operation terminal machine 12, the remote operation terminal machine 12 generates and transmits the operation procedure that the terminal machine 10 follows to the terminal machine 10. The terminal machine 10 receives the operation procedure sent from the remote operation terminal machine 12, and analyzes and follows the operation procedure. After the execution, a control part 105 transmits screen information obtained from a display device 101 to the remote operation terminal machine 12 through a communication line. The remote operation is finished by sending a message of the end of the remote operation to the terminal machine 10 by the remote operation terminal machine 12. |
