PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a distance between a laser beam irradiation head and a machining position constant. SOLUTION: A laser beam irradiation head positioning device is provided with a laser beam emission end part 6 to emit the parallel laser beam, an irradiation head 5 which is slidably connected to the laser beam emission end part 6 in the laser beam direction, has a converging lens 3 to converge the laser beam and irradiates the laser beam from the tip, a guide roller 8 which has a lower side of a roller at the position corresponding to the focus of the converging lens 3 and is integrated with the irradiation head 5, and a spring 7 which is provided between the laser beam emission end part 6 and the irradiation head 5 and presses the guide roller 8 against a work 4 provided on the tip side of the irradiation head 5. |
