<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce setup mistakes by enabling automatic reservation and repetitive reservation of the same batch process. SOLUTION: On the side of a control station FCS, when a monitor means 11 detects the completion of the execution of a process program, a request generating means 12 generates a prescription setup request specifying a prescription to be executed next. When an operation monitor station TCS receives the prescription setup request, a read means 21 reads a basic prescription program corresponding to the prescription specified by the prescription setup request out of a memory 20. A prescription setup means 22 performs prescription setup operation for the read basic prescription program and generates an execution prescription program. A prescription storage means 23 downloads the generated execution prescription program to an execution means 10.</p> |
