a lower star plate(20) fixed on coaxial shaft to an upper star plate(6); a lever(15) contacted to said lower star plate(20); a proximity switch for counting near the lever(15); a rotating roller(16) contacted to said lower star plate(20) and said lever; is disclosed. The lever(15) control the proximity switch. Thereby, it is possible to double count coins by one counter and to reduce the number of counter, consume power and space.
