PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the battery service life, to set a system suitable for a kind and a purpose of an object in the case of using a cell system mobile communication system so as to retrieve a position of a retrieved terminal equipment in the unit of cells, to prevent an object having been moved remotely already at the retrieval, to retrieve the object even at the outside of a service area, to provide a cell acquisition method, to allow an automobile to retrieve an object, to provide a method of retrieving monitoring of lots of retrieved terminal equipments by means of one telephone set and to allow a substitute agency to retrieve the objects. SOLUTION: A power supply of a retrieved terminal equipment is interrupted by a time pattern in response to a retrieved object, and when a cell position updated at each occasion is changed or a cell is deviated from a normal activity range registered in advance, a new cell position is informed for warning. When the cell is deviated or in existence at the outside of a service area, a transceiver mode is selected, and a radio wave is searched in a direction of the terminal equipment and traced and acquired. On emergency, the rapid mode time pattern is selected, an automobile is used by connecting to a car navigation system. The overlapped time pattern is avoided or lots of retrieved terminal equipments are monitored on the occurrence of a busy state and redialing and an agency or a station takes over the job. |
