摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure suitability of fastening force and a fastening condition even at a position apart from a job site by arranging a plurality of sensors on a gasket, and judging the fastening condition of a pair of flange parts. SOLUTION: In this flange fastening monitoring device 11, a gasket (a packing) is interposed between flange parts 1a, 2a of a pair of flange pipes 1, 2, fastening force and a fastening condition is monitored when the flange parts 1a, 2a are tightly fastened by fastening a plurality of fastening bolts, and thereby, existence of leak current of a fluid from its flange fastening part is also monitored. A judgment referential value having a relation to fastening force of each fastening bolt is accumulated in a judging means 18 by an use condition such as the material, the size, the shape, the temperature, the humidity, and the like of the gasket 3 beforehand. The electrostatic capacity detecting value of a detecting means 17 is compared with the judgment referential value, it is judged whether fastening force and the fastening condition of the flange parts 1a, 2a are suitably or not, and its judging result is displayed on a display part 19.
