PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of improving operability for a user by reducing the limits of a sorter mode (sorting/stacking function) in a composite machine and increasing the efficiency of control processing, in a remote control printer mode complicated in the control processing of information. SOLUTION: The image forming device is provided with a storage means 72 simultaneously storing both of the bits of sorting/stacking mode information of a printer function and a copying function. An operation controller 73 outputs a display command to a picture display controller 74, with a function and mode information stored in the storage means 72 and sorter bin information from a sorter and when mode transition information from a mode transition controller 70 is obtained and the same mode as the sorting/stacking mode information stored in the storage means is obtained, even if the sorter bin information from a sorter bin state monitor 71 is of the presence of a transfer paper, the operation command of the mode is outputted to the sorter. |
