PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation system for documents related to the settlement of accounts of a building administrative association which can easily prepare documents such as a settlement of accounts sheet and a balance sheet. SOLUTION: In a bill storage part 23, respective items to be charged, demand amounts of money by the items, amounts of money paid and received, and payment dates by rooms are stored. An MPU 25 of a controller 20 takes the formats of a balance sheet for accounts, the accounts, and a balance sheet of the building administrative association out of a format storage part 200 and displays them based on the instruction from an input section 1, and transfer the data in a bill storage part 23 to their necessary fields as they are or performs necessary arithmetic on the basis of the data and inputs arithmetic results. The generated balance sheet for the accounts, the accounts, and the balance sheet are stored in a document related to the settlement of accounts storage part 201. |
