IMAGE SCRAMBLE EFFECT CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To differentiate a degree of security of image information and to allow each reception station to be in operation by different image information by providing a release mode signal in the reception station and allowing each reception station to individually control the image scramble effect based on the release mode signal. SOLUTION: An address initial value generating means 2 generates the initial value of an address of a memory means 1 based on a key signal, and an address initial value conversion means 3 converts the address initial value with a scramble release signal and a release mode signal and an address generating means 4 uses the converted address initial value as the initial value to generate an address for the memory means 1. Image data are read from the memory means 1 by using the generated address and in this case, the scramble effect is controlled. Then the release mode signal is changed for each reception station, then the scramble effect is differentiated among the reception stations provided with a descrambler.
