<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming unit effectively utilizing the protective cover of a photoreceptor, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: This image forming unit 20 is constituted of a developing kit equipped with a developing roller 34, and a drum kit 40 equipped with the photoreceptor drum 41, an initializing electrifying brush 42, a cleaner 43 and a moving housing 46. The housing 46 is coupled with the cleaner 43 through a supporting member 48 consisting of a pipe member. When the unit 20 is on the outside of a device main body, the housing 46 moves to the right, and the lower surface of the drum 41 is coated with the housing 46 and protected. When it is attached to the device main body, the housing 46 moves to the left as shown in figure, so that the lower surface of the drum 41 is opened and a paper carrying guiding path is formed between a transfer device and a fixing device. Furthermore, the waste toner removed from the drum 41 by the cleaner 43 through the member 48 is housed.</p> |
