<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to speedily fix a connecting duct sleeve to a special part, to perform the fixing work unfailingly and to avoid a cost increase and also, even if a big earthquake occurs, to make it possible to absorb it. SOLUTION: A bellmouth 4 having an end part 4A of rough bell shape is used as a connecting duct sleeve for connecting a pipe 2 to be laid underground to a special part 1 of a hand hole or manhole, etc., used for a underground wire duct, etc. The end part 4A of rough bell shape of the bellmouth 4 is pushed into and fixed to the inside angle part 1a of the passing hole of the special part 1 via a first elastic body 7 sandwiched between these parts. Then, in this fixed condition, a second elastic body 8 is inserted from the outside of the special part 1 into a gap A between the circumferential surface 1B of the passing hole of the special part 1 above and the external surface 4H of the bellmouth 4 so that the bellmouth 4 is fixed to the special part 1.
