<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a repair plan and a renewal plan of a whole self-propelled vehicle by calculating the accumulated total amount of fuel injection and by calculating one of or bath of the amount of fuel injection per unit time and the amount of transport per unit amount of fuel injection. SOLUTION: This vehicle receives an engine rotation speed N from engine speed detecting means 11, an amount of fuel injection (q) from fuel injection amount detecting means 12, a weight W from carrying weight detecting means 13 and a trigger signal (d) from trigger signal oscillating means 14. A time (t) during which the engine rotation speed nearly equal to the engine speed N and the amount of fuel injection nearly equal to the amount of fuel injection (q) are held is calculated by using the number, (n) of the trigger signal (d). Calculating means 83 calculates the accumulated total amount of fuel injection Q and one of or both of the amount of fuel injection per unit time (q1) and the amount of transport per unit amount of fuel injection (w1), where Q=Σq.N.t, q1=Q/Σt, and w1=ΣW.V.t/Q. The values q1 and w1 include the tendency of the state of the engine. Therefore, a repair timing and a renewal timing can be correctly planed.</p> |
