PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce remarkably a main cause of condensation in a wall material by improving moisture permeating properties by a method wherein a metallized layer is formed on a surface of a transparent film, and a resistance value of the metalized layer is made a specific value. SOLUTION: A metalized layer 6 of which a resistant value is likely to be 7-12Ω/(square) is formed on a surface of a transparent film 1 composed of a polymer material such as a polypropylene film, a polyester film, a polyethylene film, etc., with aluminum by a vacuum deposition method. Then, a reinforcing material 4 to which a transparent polyethylene fiber is fixed by hot pressure is set onto a surface of the metalized layer 6 via a polyolefin adhesive 4. Further, in order to make the metalized layer have 7-12Ω/(square), vacuum deposition is carried out by using a crucible for evaporating aluminum of which a capacity of an aluminum metal-storing part is changed to 258m<3> . Thereby, the moisture permeating properties are improved by about 80%, the main cause of condensation in a wall material is reduced, a pillar or the like comes to be easily confirmed, and the workability is improved. |
