摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit which is improved in switching speed, reduced in power consumption, and can operate even under a low voltage. SOLUTION: A divided voltage obtained by dividing a voltage generated from an input node ND1 when a current is is supplied of the node ND1 from a current source Is by resistance elements R1 and R2 connected in series is supplied to the bases of npn transistors NT1 and NT2 and the emitters of the transistors NT1 and NT2 are grounded. Then the collector of the transistor NT1 is connected to the node ND1 and that of the transistor NT2 is connected to an output terminal Tout and to a power supply voltage VCC supply line through a load resistance element RL. In addition, a diode D1 is connected between the collector of the node ND1 and output terminal Tout so that the direction toward the terminals Tout diode D1 can become the forward direction of the diode D1 . Therefore, the transistor NT2 can be prevented from becoming a saturated state when the transistor NT2 is conducted and the switching speed of a switching circuit can be improved.
