PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for adding a health improvement supporting function by automatic vending machine through the use of an IC card possessed by a user. SOLUTION: Health diagnostic information is rad from the IC card to compare the value with a health diagnostic value recorded in the automatic vending machine (step 106). When an abnormal value is detected, the value is compared with merchandise information recorded in the automatic vending machine (step 114) to judge the existence of corresponding merchandise (step 116). When corresponding merchandise is detected, the merchandise is prohibited from sales (step 126). In addition, when all of the merchandise correspond to, all of the merchandise are prohibited from sales and the IC card is returned to the user (step 136). |
