PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a bearing by reducing the offset amount of a position of centroid of a weight part of a balancer weight and the axial center of the bearing, while positioning a thrust washer in opposition to the balancer weight for improving the assemblying characteristics. SOLUTION: A thrust washer 61 installed between a weight part 58a and a supporting part 253 located at a left end in the axial direction of a balancer weight 58, is positioned by engaging a cylindrical holding part 61b projected from an outer periphery of the thrust washer, with a left end outer periphery of a balancer weight 58. The position of a needle bearing 56 for supporting the balancer weight 58 to an outer periphery of a balancer shaft can be moved to the left side without interfering the cylindrical holding part 61b, so that offset amountαof the needle bearing 56 and the weight part 58a of the balancer weight 58 can be reduced.
