PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide whether or not a data head position of input structural data and a data head interval detected from each of the structural data are normal. SOLUTION: A structural head decision circuit 42 receives structural data in the order of a 1st structural data 21 and the 2nd structural data 22 in this order and finds out the head of the structure of the 1st structural data. A structural data reception display circuit 43 receiving a structural head signal outputs a reception state display signal. A structural position instruction circuit 44 receiving a load instruction signal conducts down-count every time receiving 1 byte of the structural data and outputs of a cell pointer denoting it in how many bytes the head of succeeding structural data comes from the data received at present. A structural error detection circuit 48 receiving the reception state display signal judges that the structure is normal when the cell pointer is zero at notice of a structure head signal, and informs structural error when the cell pointer is not zero at notice of a structure head signal.
