PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the detachment work of a molding box in a narrow place by forming a flange on the root of a screw part, forming a fastening part on a side opposite to the screw part, and forming a hexagonal pillared socket fitting pillar integrally in a straight line tot he screw part through the fastening part. SOLUTION: The materials of a wood screw 1 are steel and brass, the diameter and length of a screw part 2 are set to 4mm and 28-50mm, respectively, and a flange 4 is formed into a disc having thickness of 2mm and diameter of 15-20mm, and the center positions of the screw part 2 and the flange 4 are matched to each other. The length of the diagonal line of the hexagonal cross section of a socket fitting pillar 5 is set to 6mm of a regular hexagon which is fitted to the socket of a nut runner for a molding box, and the height of the socket fitting pillar 5 is set to 8-10mm, a fastening part 6 whose circular cross section is set to 3-4mm in diameter is formed in a straight line to the screw part 2 on one surface 7 of the flange 4 on a side opposite to the screw part 2, and the socket fitting pillar 5 is integrally formed with the flange 4. The height of the socket fitting pillar 5 is high, therefore the socket fitting pillar 5 can be fitted deeply to the end of the socket of a fastening tool, and can be certainly and strongly fastened and unscrewed. Also, the surface of the flange 4 is bent from the fastening part 6 so as to be flattened. |
