PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inspect a structure in an annulus section with high accuracy by providing a mechanism which brings an inspection head closer to the annulus section and another mechanism which turns and moves the inspection head in the annulus section. SOLUTION: A seat section 22 is attached to the lower end of an operation pole 21 operated by means of a refueling machine and a hook 23 is attached to the pole 21 above the section 22. An arm expanding/contracting mechanism 24 and a mechanism 28 for turning an inspection head 27 are attached to the section 22. The head 27 is hung from the lower end of the control cable 26 of the pole 21. At the time of performing inspections, the device 20 is lowered from the refueling machine by using the pole 21 and the section 22 is seated. Then, the head 27 is lowered to a spot to be inspected by locking the hook 23 and positioned to the spot by moving the head 27 to a location above the spot by means of the mechanisms 28 and 24 and vertically moving and turning the head 27 by operating the cable 26. After the head 27 is positioned, the inspections are performed. |
