PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a precise angular velocity signal by removing the cross- talk components from sensing signals. SOLUTION: The first differential operating means 10a emits the difference between the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal, the latter being subjected to amplitude modulation with a constant β corresponding to the ratio of cross-talk components contained in the former, while the second differential operating means 10b emits the difference of the second sensing signal from the first sensing signal which has been amplitude modulated with a constant αcorresponding to the ratio of cross-talk components contained in the second sensing signal, wherein the output signals of the first and second differential motion circuits are made new, first and second sensing signals. |
